I can assign tasks to other users, schedule them, have priorities, attach files, and schedule recurring tasks. I use Mangoapps in the company, and that has a decent task list utility. I also have a stick notes app that I might use for very current or time sensitive stuff, but this is not adequate as a robust task list of sorts. This is too simplistic for me and I use it more as a reminder to go do some things, not as a really meaningful IT task list. No further notes or metadata, just a checklist really. I can write a line of text that simply has a checkbox for when the task is complete. Lightning has a task list that is as basic as it gets. This is a calendar app that I mainly use for recurring scheduled tasks like reminding me to audit the firewalls every few months, or to create reports, or any number of appointments. In Thunderbird I have the popular Lightning addon. I've not been completely sold on any particular system I have laying around.
